Lifelong Wellness Application Paper
December 6, 20111. I learned that it is important to stay in shape. Even if you do simple activities such as walking, it will improve your health alot. Staying healthy and fit is important for your future. Everyone wants to live a happy long life and they can do that by living a healthy life. Our lifelong wellness is what we should look forward to in the future.
2. I apply this information to my life by staying in shape. I eat alot healthier and get some kind of exercise in every day. I look foward to a long happy life being able to do everything i want to because i stayed healthy. Being in better shape than i was before, made me see that i am alot happier. I feel better about myself and my future.
3. I am going to continue to exercise everyday. I want to be able to live a good healthy life. I love the feeling you get when you physically accomplish something that you never thought you could before. I look great and I feel great. Who wouldn't want that? I know that I do and thats why I am going to continue to exercise and stay as healthy as I can.
4. The only way i can think of improving this course is to have it more than once a week. If there were more classes i feel like you could learn alot more and have alot better technique at it. Only having it once a week and only for a few hours just wasnt enough for me. I wanted to learn and get better at the things i learned,
