Transition: I will now break down what each of these sections entail. BODY: I. Sales Team A. Our sales team is responsible for making sure we have enough product to meet the quota. B. They are also responsible for marketing our product and getting it known. C. They will be dealing with all the consumers.. Transition: Our sales team will be operated over our management. II. Management A. Our management will be assembled by Owner, Supervisor, Manager, and Employees. B. We will have a primitive action program that allows employees to share their ideas will management. If their idea is implemented into our business, they will receive a $100 gift card reward. C. Corrective action program that allows our management to correct any issues they may have with our employees. Transition: To meet our quality expectations for our products we go through our quality assurance team and production line. III. Quality Assurance/ Production Line A. If there is a product that is nonconforming it means it needs to be fixed and is sent back to our quality assurance. B. Our production line is responsible for building the new products. C. The production line also buys used equipment and if it cant be fixed they sell the used parts to other companies.
