Boot Camp was a great experience. It taught me a lot about myself. I didn’t know I could push myself to those kinds of limits. I use to always just go until I thought it was hard enough for myself but after taking this class I learned that I could go further. I pushed myself to the limits some days, but I have never felt better. Working out is very important to living a long happy life and after taking this class, it makes me want to better myself.

I learned different breathing techniques that I never did before. These breathing techniques could help me in others situations other than working out. They are something that is good to do everyone and can improve your lungs. I learned how to stretch out muscles that I hadn’t ever stretched out before. Which was very good because I am a runner and I use to always have a sore hip flexor but after learning how to stretch it, it has improved my capabilities.

I want to continue to push myself and reach my fitness goals because there is nothing better than proving to yourself that you can do something you never thought you could. Working out makes me feel better about myself. I don’t want to stop working out because I want to finally that point in my life where I can say to myself I am “fit”. I don’t want to be skinny I want to be fit. I’m going to continue exercising and show you I am capable of.
